We called it Pansy Viola. Designed by Stéphane, then reproduced by Cyril and Julie, this colorful and delicate flower was born in Rennes, in our workshop. It fits perfectly within the same tradition as all Ciléa pieces since 1992.
However, it is not a pansy like any other.
A flower sculpted in Émaline
Handmade pansy flower jewelry is abundant on the market. But none are made like this.
Émaline is an exclusive resin, conceived and developed by Stéphane Ravel in our Breton workshop. Light as glass, unbreakable as a conviction. Its dyes are made in-house, which is why our pansies can be made in over 90 colors, an infinite number of combinations, and no one else can reproduce them. Deep burgundy, cherry red, soft parma, sunny yellow, emerald green. Each shade is hand-mixed. Each piece is unique in its nuances.

Why Pensée Viola?
The pansy is the flower of remembrance. In botany, Viola is its scientific name, the same family as the wild violets that grow on the edges of Breton forests. Stéphane was inspired by it, just as he is inspired by all living things, with attention, without copying.
The Pensée Viola Ciléa is not a naturalistic pansy flower jewel. It is not a botanical copy. It is an interpretation, larger than life, more saturated than reality, more present than what one expects from costume jewelry.
