In France, orders over €300: free Colissimo home delivery or delivery to a collection point.
International:
- For orders over €300, free Colissimo home delivery is available in the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Poland, the United Kingdom, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, and Switzerland.
- For orders over €400, free Colissimo home delivery is available in the following countries: Finland, Norway, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Greece, Malta, Romania, Algeria, Tunisia, and Turkey.
- For orders over €500, free Colissimo home delivery is available worldwide.
Shipping Costs and Times
We make every effort to create your future jewelry as quickly as possible. Most of our pieces are made to order, meaning they are crafted especially for you, one by one, after your order has been confirmed. Production time therefore depends on demand and the piece ordered. Generally, our manufacturing times vary between 1 and 5 business days (excluding peak periods such as the holiday season, etc.).
We offer a wide range of shipping methods. Choose the one that suits you best!
Delivery in France

Delivery time: 2 to 4 days after your resin jewelry is made
Collection points: More than 9,000 collection points throughout France
How to choose your collection point:
During the "Delivery" step in your shopping cart, select "Ship to collection point".
Enter your city, postal code, or full address.
A list of the nearest collection points will appear. All you have to do is choose the one that suits you!

Delivery time: 2 to 4 days after the creation of your resin jewelry
In case of absence: a delivery notice will be left, allowing you to choose a new delivery date online or collect your package the next day from the post office of your choice, within a period of 10 to 15 days (varies depending on the municipality).

Price: €14
Delivery time: Your order will be received the day after it is shipped, before 1 p.m.

International Deliveries
Each country has varying delivery costs and available options.
Standard home delivery with Colissimo International
Delivery time: 3 to 6 business days after your resin jewelry is made
Price: from €7
In case of absence: a delivery notice will be left, allowing you to choose a new delivery date online or collect your package the next day from the post office of your choice, within a period of 10 to 15 days (varies by country).
Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to change your mind and receive a refund.
To return your order, please email bonjour@cileabijoux.com.
Exchanges are not possible on our website. If you wish to exchange an item, we invite you to return it and place a new order on our website.
For deliveries within mainland France, a flat-rate processing fee of €10 will be deducted from your order refund, except in the case of a non-compliant product. For deliveries outside mainland France, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a non-compliant product.
NON-REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS
Personalized or custom-made products are made to order and are therefore non-refundable.
For hygiene reasons, earrings with pierced ears, sleepers, and hoop earrings are non-refundable, except in the case of a non-compliant product. Clip-on earrings are not eligible.
