Delivery times and methods
Each Ciléa creation is carefully crafted in our workshops. The majority of our jewelry is made to order, piece by piece, thus guaranteeing the unique and handcrafted nature of each creation. Production times generally vary between 1 and 5 business days, depending on the complexity of the piece and the time of year (excluding peak periods such as the holiday season).
We offer several delivery options to best meet your needs.
Delivery in France

Delivery to a Colissimo collection point
Price: €4.90 (Free with orders over €150)
Delivery time: 2 to 4 days after manufacture
Network: more than 9,000 relay points in France
How to choose your collection point:
During the "Delivery" step in your shopping cart, select "Ship to a pickup point," then enter your city or postal code. A list of the nearest pickup points will appear, allowing you to choose the one that suits you best. -
Standard Colissimo home delivery
Price: €7 (free for orders over €300)
Delivery time: 2 to 4 days after manufacture
If you are not home, a delivery notice will allow you to choose a new delivery date or to collect your package from the post office of your choice within 10 to 15 days. -
Chronopost express delivery
Price: €14
Delivery time: the day after dispatch, before 1 p.m.

International deliveries
We ship our creations worldwide. Shipping costs and options vary depending on the destination.

Returns and refunds
You have 14 working days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
To initiate a return, please contact us at bonjour@cileabijoux.com .
Exchanges are not possible directly. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it and then place a new order.
For deliveries within mainland France, a €10 processing fee will be deducted from the refund (except for non-conforming products). For international deliveries, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (except for non-conforming products).
Non-refundable items
Custom or made-to-measure creations, produced according to your specifications, are not eligible for a refund.
For hygiene reasons, earrings for pierced ears (studs, sleepers, hoops) are non-refundable, except in the case of a defective product. This restriction does not apply to clip-on earrings.
