Since 1992, our family-run workshop in Rennes has been handcrafting unique jewelry inspired by nature and the ocean. With the Saint-Malo shell brooch, we reinterpret a summer classic: the shell as jewelry, a symbol of freedom, travel, and elegance. This piece, delicately crafted in the shape of a stylized shell, is adorned with a luminous pearl that evokes the treasures of the seabed.
Every step of manufacturing, from cutting to painting to assembly, is carried out by hand in our workshop, guaranteeing exceptional craftsmanship.

The Saint-Malo shell brooch is made from our signature material:Emaline, an exclusive resin that is lightweight, durable, and luminous. Hand-tinted with our artisanal dyes, each piece is unique. The marine, pearly, and golden shades create subtle plays of light, making each piece as vibrant as the shells it celebrates.

From the sea to the summer accessory

On the Breton coast, the tides sometimes left a pearly shell on the sand, like a discreet promise. One of them, round and soft, carried in its heart a clear pearl, shining in the sun like a sliver of moonlight. Then the sea, true to itself, would take it back.

But one day, in a small workshop near Saint-Malo, this shell was reinvented. Handcrafted from a light, shiny material called Emaline, it took on a new, delicate and elegant form. Inspired by the light of the end of the day on the waves, the designer gave it pearly, iridescent hues, hand-tinted with her own dyes.

This is how a refined brooch was born, somewhere between the sea and poetry. A shell jewel, made to be worn, that evokes shores and summer memories, and which, in the hollow of a jacket lapel or on a bag, becomes the summer accessory you need.

Storage: Store your brooch in its original box or pouch, away from moisture and direct light. This will help preserve their color and shine over time.

Water Protection: Avoid contact with water, whether swimming in the sea, showering, or even in high humidity. Repeated exposure to water can dull the appearance of the jewelry and reduce its durability.

Cleaning: To clean them, use a soft, slightly damp cloth. Never use chemicals, perfumes, or lotions, which could damage the material and make your brooch lose their shine.
