WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS OF RETURNS IN FRANCE AND ABROAD ?
– You have 14 working days after receipt of your order to return your jewelry if they do not suit you.
– You can either recover a voucher or request a refund of the order.
– Return costs are your responsibility.
HOW TO MAKE MY RETURN?
– The jewelry must not have been worn or damaged.
– Put the jewelry back in their bag and box.
– The packaging of the return package may be different from the original one.

WHAT IS THE REFUND DEADLINES ?
The refund of your order is made within 14 working days from our receipt of your package at the workshop, following their control.
Return costs are your responsibility and depend on the delivery method chosen. We leave the choice of shipping method free, but recommend a return with tracking to ensure that the package has been received at the workshop!
ARE TRADES POSSIBLE ?
Any exchange of jewelry is obviously possible. The shipping costs of the exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
WHAT DOES MEAN TAILOR-MADE PRODUCTS ?
“Made-to-measure” products are specially manufactured following a special customer request. They are therefore not refundable or exchangeable.
