The story of this brooch begins with a desire for gluttony and wild nature in our workshop. Our creators wanted to imagine a miniature scene, like a small piece of life suspended in time. They thought of a bee, the very symbol of meticulous and patient work, just like that of our artisans.

To begin, they made a round and well-domed base. They chose a very bright and shiny golden yellow, which immediately recalls the color of a freshly harvested drop of honey. On this colored dome, they delicately placed small white flowers, sculpted one by one by hand, to give the impression of a miniature garden at the beginning of autumn.

The great challenge of this unique piece of costume jewelry lay in the creation of the bee. The artisans worked for hours to obtain a very special texture on its wings : a scale and leopard pattern that mixes shades of brown and black. When the bee with wild wings was placed on its yellow honey base, the contrast was magical.

Seeing the final result under the workshop light, the entire team was fascinated by the poetry of this scene. The mix between the sweetness of the yellow honey, the purity of the white flowers, and the character of the leopard wings worked perfectly. The artisans immediately decided not to reproduce it in a collection. It remained a prototype, becoming unique piece n°44 : a unique piece of costume jewelry of absolute rarity, made for those who like to wear a story on their lapel.
