HANDMADE DYES FOR A UNIQUE RESULT

The dyes used for the earrings are handmade in our workshop. This allows for vibrant colors and subtle shades that vary slightly from one piece to another, making each pair unique. The careful application of the dyes ensures a vibrant finish, with long-lasting hues that do not fade over time, thus offering a high-quality piece of costume jewelry for women.

The daisy and the feather: a breath of sweetness

If nature had to choose two symbols ofcandy, she would unhesitatingly unite the daisy and the feather. At first glance, everything opposes them: one grows in the fields, light and anchored to the earth, while the other rises, aerial and ready to fly away. Some varieties of daisies, such as theQueen Marguerite Ostrich Feather, prove it perfectly. Its fine, almost ruffled petals recall the lightness and elegance of the most beautiful feathers. Protect your jewelry and keep its shine:

• To preserve the integrity of the dyes and the shine of your jewelry, avoid contact with humidity, perfumes or lotions.
  
• When you are not wearing your women's costume earrings, store them in a box or soft pouch to avoid scratches and preserve their shine.
  
• To keep your earrings in perfect condition, clean them with a soft, dry cloth to preserve their shine and finish.
  
• To avoid distortion of the earrings or damage to the dyes, do not allow your earrings to come into contact with rough or hard surfaces.

Manufacturing time

Many of our pieces are made to order, one by one, within 1 to 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). If your order contains more than 2 pieces of jewelry, the manufacturing times may be extended by a few days, depending on the models. If you need your order before a specific date, do not hesitate to contact us by email at bonjour@cileabijoux.com to confirm the possible shipping date of your package.

Delivery times

Metropolitan France: Once your order has been manufactured, it will take between 1 and 4 working days for delivery, depending on the means of transport chosen. Available delivery methods:
Chronopost: express delivery within 24 hours.
Colissimo at Home: delivery in 2 to 4 working days.
Colissimo Relay: delivery in 2 to 4 working days.

International: after manufacturing in our workshop, delivery times are estimated between 3 and 6 working days depending on the destination (Colissimo).

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from the delivery date to change your mind and return your order. Metropolitan France: a flat rate of €10 return costs will be deducted from your order refund. International: return costs are your responsibility.

Non-refundable products
For hygiene reasons, earrings with attachments for pierced ears (stems, sleepers and hoops) are neither exchangeable nor refundable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. Earrings with clip attachments are not affected by this restriction.
Personalized or custom-made products are not refundable.
