To keep your resin and gold-plated hoop earrings looking shiny and in perfect condition, follow these simple tips:

1. Avoid exposure to moisture: Store your creole earrings in a dry place and avoid wearing them during aquatic activities (swimming pool, sea, etc.).
2. Leave chemicals aside: Avoid contact with cosmetics, perfumes or household products, as this may alter the finish of the gold plating and the color of the resin.
3. Gentle cleaning: To clean your hoop earrings, use a soft, dry cloth to wipe off any dust. If necessary, a cloth slightly dampened with water can be used, but be sure to dry thoroughly afterwards.

Manufacturing time

Many of our pieces are made to order, one by one, within 1 to 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). If your order contains more than 2 pieces of jewelry, the manufacturing times may be extended by a few days, depending on the models. If you need your order before a specific date, do not hesitate to contact us by email at bonjour@cileabijoux.com to confirm the possible shipping date of your package.

Delivery times

Metropolitan France: Once your order has been manufactured, it will take between 1 and 4 working days for delivery, depending on the means of transport chosen. Available delivery methods:
Chronopost: express delivery within 24 hours.
Colissimo at Home: delivery in 2 to 4 working days.
Colissimo Relay: delivery in 2 to 4 working days.

International: after manufacturing in our workshop, delivery times are estimated between 3 and 6 working days depending on the destination (Colissimo).

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from the delivery date to change your mind and return your order. Metropolitan France: a flat rate of €10 return costs will be deducted from your order refund. International: return costs are your responsibility.

Non-refundable products
For hygiene reasons, earrings with attachments for pierced ears (stems, sleepers and hoops) are neither exchangeable nor refundable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. Earrings with clip attachments are not affected by this restriction.
Personalized or custom-made products are not refundable.
