Artisanal Dyes for Unique Shades

Our artisans select and develop artisanal dyes, guaranteeing each pendant a delicate shade, slightly different from one piece to another. This subtle variation, reflecting entirely manual work, makes your pendant absolutely unique, like a personal work of art.

The geranium flower, now the symbol of the Maison, has undergone many changes before taking the form you admire today. Imagined by Stéphane Ravel, the creator of the Maison, it is the result of many years of refinement, experimentation and passion. Now a timeless classic, this flower represents the perfect balance between tradition, innovation and elegance.

Maintain the splendor of your pendant

To preserve the shine of your long fancy women's necklace:

•Protect it from water and humidity: Avoid contact with water, store in a dry place away from strong temperature variations.

•Keep away from direct heat: Do not expose it to the sun or sources of intense heat for a long time.

•Gentle cleaning: A soft, dry cloth is enough to remove dust. No need for abrasive or chemical products.

•Safe Storage: Store it separately in a soft case, so that it does not rub against other jewelry.

Manufacturing time

Many of our pieces are made to order, one by one, within 1 to 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). If your order contains more than 2 pieces of jewelry, the manufacturing times may be extended by a few days, depending on the models. If you need your order before a specific date, do not hesitate to contact us by email at bonjour@cileabijoux.com to confirm the possible shipping date of your package.

Delivery times

Metropolitan France: Once your order has been manufactured, it will take between 1 and 4 working days for delivery, depending on the means of transport chosen. Available delivery methods:
Chronopost: express delivery within 24 hours.
Colissimo at Home: delivery in 2 to 4 working days.
Colissimo Relay: delivery in 2 to 4 working days.

International: after manufacturing in our workshop, delivery times are estimated between 3 and 6 working days depending on the destination (Colissimo).

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from the delivery date to change your mind and return your order. Metropolitan France: a flat rate of €10 return costs will be deducted from your order refund. International: return costs are your responsibility.

Non-refundable products
For hygiene reasons, earrings with attachments for pierced ears (stems, sleepers and hoops) are neither exchangeable nor refundable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. Earrings with clip attachments are not affected by this restriction.
Personalized or custom-made products are not refundable.
