The Flower of Continual Evolution

The geranium flower has established itself over the years as one of the timeless signatures of the House. Imagined by Stéphane Ravel, its visionary creator, it underwent many metamorphoses before reaching its current form, refined and poetic. Initially more imposing, it gradually gained in finesse, finding a perfect balance between elegance and expressiveness, to become today a classic of our collection, source of a singular and universal aura.

Preserve the Shine

To preserve the beauty of your fancy women's necklace, it is advisable to keep it away from sources of intense heat and cosmetic products that are not yet dry. A simple gesture consisting of storing it after use in a soft pouch, away from direct light, will allow it to keep its shine. Using a dry, lint-free cloth is enough to restore its shine and maintain the subtle radiance of Émaline. By preserving this necklace from humidity and extreme conditions, you will allow it to continue to diffuse its delicate floral poetry over time.

Manufacturing time

Many of our pieces are made to order, one by one, within 1 to 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). If your order contains more than 2 pieces of jewelry, the manufacturing times may be extended by a few days, depending on the models. If you need your order before a specific date, do not hesitate to contact us by email at bonjour@cileabijoux.com to confirm the possible shipping date of your package.

Delivery times

Metropolitan France: Once your order has been manufactured, it will take between 1 and 4 working days for delivery, depending on the means of transport chosen. Available delivery methods:
Chronopost: express delivery within 24 hours.
Colissimo at Home: delivery in 2 to 4 working days.
Colissimo Relay: delivery in 2 to 4 working days.

International: after manufacturing in our workshop, delivery times are estimated between 3 and 6 working days depending on the destination (Colissimo).

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from the delivery date to change your mind and return your order. Metropolitan France: a flat rate of €10 return costs will be deducted from your order refund. International: return costs are your responsibility.

Non-refundable products
For hygiene reasons, earrings with attachments for pierced ears (stems, sleepers and hoops) are neither exchangeable nor refundable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. Earrings with clip attachments are not affected by this restriction.
Personalized or custom-made products are not refundable.
