Zora, a breath of enchantment

Once upon a time, in the heart of a secret garden bathed in dew, there was a man named ZORA. With her wings as soft as velvet and adorned with golden reflections, ZORA danced in the wind, scattering bursts of light wherever she went. The flowers bowed as she approached, as if to salute the grace of a being from another world.

One morning, a craftsman got lost in this mysterious garden. Captivated by ZORA's elegant flight, she stopped, amazed. This suspended moment, full of magic, inspired an idea: to immortalize the beauty of this butterfly in a unique creation.

Back in the Ciléa workshop, surrounded by her team, she set about bringing her dream to life. With patience and passion, every detail was carefully crafted: the velvety texture of the wings, the luminous hues, and that captivating aura that seemed to tell a story.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR ZORA BUTTERFLY BROOCH:

To preserve the velvety shine and magic of your ZORA butterfly brooch, avoid contact with water, perfumes or cosmetic products, which could alter its colors and finish.

When not wearing it, store it carefully in its box or pouch to protect it from scratches and dust.

A light wipe with a soft, non-abrasive cloth will be enough to revive its shine and preserve its luminous hues.

By taking care of your ZORA brooch, you will allow it to continue to accompany you with grace and elegance, thus prolonging its history each time you wear it.

Manufacturing time

Many of our pieces are made to order, one by one, within 1 to 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). If your order contains more than 2 pieces of jewelry, the manufacturing times may be extended by a few days, depending on the models. If you need your order before a specific date, do not hesitate to contact us by email at bonjour@cileabijoux.com to confirm the possible shipping date of your package.

Delivery times

Metropolitan France: Once your order has been manufactured, it will take between 1 and 4 working days for delivery, depending on the means of transport chosen. Available delivery methods:
Chronopost: express delivery within 24 hours.
Colissimo at Home: delivery in 2 to 4 working days.
Colissimo Relay: delivery in 2 to 4 working days.

International: after manufacturing in our workshop, delivery times are estimated between 3 and 6 working days depending on the destination (Colissimo).

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from the delivery date to change your mind and return your order. Metropolitan France: a flat rate of €10 return costs will be deducted from your order refund. International: return costs are your responsibility.

Non-refundable products
For hygiene reasons, earrings with attachments for pierced ears (stems, sleepers and hoops) are neither exchangeable nor refundable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. Earrings with clip attachments are not affected by this restriction.
Personalized or custom-made products are not refundable.
