History and inspiration:

The lemon, with its bright yellow hue and invigorating scent, has always captured the imagination of cultures around the world.

Originally from Asia, it traveled to the Mediterranean where it became a symbol of vitality and elegance. Cultivated since ancient times, it was appreciated as much for its medicinal virtues as for its rarity, which made it a precious fruit reserved for the elite.

In art and culture, the lemon has often been highlighted for its rich symbolism. Still life painters of the 17th century used the lemon to illustrate fleeting beauty and wealth.

Pamper your BOTANICA earrings to keep them looking their best! Here are some practical tips:

1. Avoid shocks:Store your earrings in a safe place when not wearing them, such as a soft jewelry box, to avoid scratches and deformation.
2. Gentle cleaning:For a fresh look, use a soft, dry cloth to dust your earrings. If necessary, a slightly damp cloth can help remove any streaks, but avoid any harsh chemicals.
3. Put them after the perfume:Apply your cosmetics before wearing your earrings to avoid contact with the resin.
4. Delicate handling:Avoid pulling on the resin or forcing it when putting it in place. Take care of your earrings, they will love you back!

Manufacturing time

Many of our pieces are made to order, one by one, within 1 to 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). If your order contains more than 2 pieces of jewelry, the manufacturing times may be extended by a few days, depending on the models. If you need your order before a specific date, do not hesitate to contact us by email at bonjour@cileabijoux.com to confirm the possible shipping date of your package.

Delivery times

Metropolitan France: Once your order has been manufactured, it will take between 1 and 4 working days for delivery, depending on the means of transport chosen. Available delivery methods:
Chronopost: express delivery within 24 hours.
Colissimo at Home: delivery in 2 to 4 working days.
Colissimo Relay: delivery in 2 to 4 working days.

International: after manufacturing in our workshop, delivery times are estimated between 3 and 6 working days depending on the destination (Colissimo).

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from the delivery date to change your mind and return your order. Metropolitan France: a flat rate of €10 return costs will be deducted from your order refund. International: return costs are your responsibility.

Non-refundable products
For hygiene reasons, earrings with attachments for pierced ears (stems, sleepers and hoops) are neither exchangeable nor refundable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. Earrings with clip attachments are not affected by this restriction.
Personalized or custom-made products are not refundable.
