The Botanica Strawberry earrings: a tribute to a delicate and vibrant fruit.

The strawberry, with its bright red and irresistible scent, hides a fascinating story behind its sweetness. For centuries, it has enchanted palates and inspired cultures. The first wild strawberries grew in Europe and America, but it was in the 18th century that the modern strawberry was born from an unexpected marriage.

In 1714, the French explorer Amédée François Frézier brought giant strawberry plants from Chile to France. These plants, crossed with European wild strawberries, gave birth to a new variety: the cultivated strawberry, larger, sweeter, and more generous. It quickly became a darling in the royal gardens, a symbol of refinement and gluttony.

But the strawberry is not limited to its taste qualities. In art and tradition, it also embodies love, passion and the sweetness of life. Still life painters associated it with the ephemeral, while in the kitchen, it was the star of elegant desserts at summer banquets.

At Ciléa Bijoux, we wanted to pay tribute to this iconic fruit by creating the Fraises Botanica earrings. With their intense red and delicate design, these earrings capture the freshness and liveliness of the strawberry. Each piece is handmade in our Breton workshop, where craftsmanship blends with a love of nature.

To preserve the shine and beauty of your Strawberry Resin Earrings, here are some simple tips to follow:

• Keep chemicals away: Keep them away from cosmetics, perfumes or household products, as this can alter the color of the resin.
• Avoid sun exposure: Do not leave your earrings exposed to the sun or heat sources, as this can cause discoloration of the resin and alter their shine. Preferably store them in a cool, shaded place when you are not wearing them.
• Delicate cleaning: To clean your earrings, use a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. If necessary, a cloth slightly dampened with water can be used, but be sure to dry thoroughly afterwards.
• Proper storage: When you are not wearing your earrings, store them in their box or a soft pouch to protect them from scratches.
• Delicate handling: When putting in and taking out your earrings, handle them with care to avoid bending or knocking them.

Manufacturing time

Many of our pieces are made to order, one by one, within 1 to 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). If your order contains more than 2 pieces of jewelry, the manufacturing times may be extended by a few days, depending on the models. If you need your order before a specific date, do not hesitate to contact us by email at bonjour@cileabijoux.com to confirm the possible shipping date of your package.

Delivery times

Metropolitan France: Once your order has been manufactured, it will take between 1 and 4 working days for delivery, depending on the means of transport chosen. Available delivery methods:
Chronopost: express delivery within 24 hours.
Colissimo at Home: delivery in 2 to 4 working days.
Colissimo Relay: delivery in 2 to 4 working days.

International: after manufacturing in our workshop, delivery times are estimated between 3 and 6 working days depending on the destination (Colissimo).

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from the delivery date to change your mind and return your order. Metropolitan France: a flat rate of €10 return costs will be deducted from your order refund. International: return costs are your responsibility.

Non-refundable products
For hygiene reasons, earrings with attachments for pierced ears (stems, sleepers and hoops) are neither exchangeable nor refundable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. Earrings with clip attachments are not affected by this restriction.
Personalized or custom-made products are not refundable.
