To maintain the shine and beauty of your BOTANICA melon-shaped earrings, here are some simple care tips to follow:

• Avoid chemicals: Keep your earrings away from cosmetics, perfumes and household products, as they can alter the finish of the resin and reduce their shine.
• Protect them from the sun: Do not expose them to direct sunlight or heat sources for long periods of time, to prevent any discoloration of the resin.
• Clean them carefully: For daily maintenance, use a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. If more thorough cleaning is needed, a cloth lightly dampened with water will do the trick, but be sure to dry them thoroughly afterwards.
• Store them properly: When you are not wearing your earrings, keep them in their box or a soft pouch to protect them from scratches and oxidation.
• Handle them with care: When installing or removing, handle them gently to avoid bending or knocking them.

Manufacturing time

Many of our pieces are made to order, one by one, within 1 to 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). If your order contains more than 2 pieces of jewelry, the manufacturing times may be extended by a few days, depending on the models. If you need your order before a specific date, do not hesitate to contact us by email at bonjour@cileabijoux.com to confirm the possible shipping date of your package.

Delivery times

Metropolitan France: Once your order has been manufactured, it will take between 1 and 4 working days for delivery, depending on the means of transport chosen. Available delivery methods:
Chronopost: express delivery within 24 hours.
Colissimo at Home: delivery in 2 to 4 working days.
Colissimo Relay: delivery in 2 to 4 working days.

International: after manufacturing in our workshop, delivery times are estimated between 3 and 6 working days depending on the destination (Colissimo).

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from the delivery date to change your mind and return your order. Metropolitan France: a flat rate of €10 return costs will be deducted from your order refund. International: return costs are your responsibility.

Non-refundable products
For hygiene reasons, earrings with attachments for pierced ears (stems, sleepers and hoops) are neither exchangeable nor refundable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. Earrings with clip attachments are not affected by this restriction.
Personalized or custom-made products are not refundable.
