We will never have your banking information. These are handled in a completely secret way via our official and secure platform Stripe.
HOW DO I PAY FOR A SHIPMENT OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION?
When paying for the order, if the country of destination is outside the European Union, you will not pay the taxes online but following the delivery of the package to the customs agency in charge of this procedure.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PAYMENT IS REFUSED?

HOW TO RECEIVE AN INVOICE?
Your invoice is sent to you following the finalization of your order, via the e-mail address registered during your purchase. IF you want to get a new one. Contact us on bonjour@cileabijoux.com to have it sent to you.
